THE FUCK-IT LIST

If you would like a deeper (or at least different) spiritual experience, try saying aloud the following list of words. Just be sure to precede each utterance with the "F" word. You will never be able to grow spiritually until you are able to speak of these purely human (i.e., fleshy) ideas with an attitude of complete disdain. If you continue on this Way you will eventually arrive at a level of spiritual awareness where the distaste for these ideas melts into a form of sublime indifference. At such time you will view people like myself as totally unenlightened for suggesting such an exercise in the first place.
